Analysis of airflow around the cooling tower
Reproducing the thermal flow conditions around a cooling tower with unknown characteristics and behavior!
Thermal fluid equipment related to building facilities often has many unknown characteristics and behaviors. Cooling towers are one such example, but by precisely setting the structure, flow conditions, and thermal conditions of each cell in the cooling tower, it is possible to reproduce the thermal fluid state quite accurately. In this analysis, we conducted a cooling tower thermal fluid analysis considering external winds to examine the impact of the airflow state around high-rise buildings and the arrangement of multiple cooling towers with different specifications on the temperature distribution of the heat released from each cell to the outside air.
